Sometimes a client invites you to be more daring. You offer them what you think is a great idea to show how smooth their Lineartronic Transmission is - a Top Gear style short film showing the CEO of Subaru getting a wet shave with a cut-throat razor. They want it to be edgier. You cue up a clip of Banzai, a show you loved a few years back. "Yep, that!" they say. You run off to make it immediately with a permasmile.
